Hewson Family Papers

Two volumes compiled by Pamela Rusner in 1992, containing photographs and biographical information relating to the Hewson family from 1737 to the 1900s. There are 14 black and white photographs in the first volume and 25 photographs in the second volume (some of which are reprints). Some photographs taken in Ireland, before the family's departure for Australia in about 1884. Most taken in Brisbane and other parts of Queensland, in late nineteenth century and early twentieth century.
