Astral journey

Astral Journey, a radio play, was most likely written by Dorothy Blewett in the 1950s. There are several pages of incomplete versions of the play; and four complete versions of the playscript:

'Call it justice' typed on the cover page is crossed out and 'Astral journey' is written in pencil above, 5 leaves with one leaf with 'Alternate ending' at the end, undated.

National Bank of Australasia, Mossman

The National Bank of Australasia in Mossman was built in 1935. The architect on the five blueprints in this file is Lange L. Powell. Powell called for tenders in the various newspapers in February 1935 and there are newspaper articles about its completion in December 1935. From 1936 when Powell called for tenders in North Queensland he gave the option of seeing V.M. Brown to view the plans. These 5 plans may have been given to Brown for reference purposes.
