Includes correspondence, incoming and outgoing, public speeches, letters to the press, election campaign material, press clippings; also material relating to Wilfred Adams Russell, chiefly biographical clippings, and election campaign material. A major correspondent was Colin R. Chapman, P.R. and Research Consultant, who was active in Charles Wilfred Russell's election campaigns, and also in the interests of the Australian Democratic Union, Basic Industries Group, Australian Growers' Wool Marketing Committee, and other pastoral and political groups. The collection includes some bulletins and handout material issued by such groups. Also papers relating to history of Jimbour House, and the Bell family.

This collection is comprised of the organisation records of the Brisbane based organisation, Children by Choice. It includes annual general meeting agendas and minutes, annual reports, correspondence, leaflets, media releases, papers, talks and submissions, subject files, records relating to funding, newspaper cuttings and photographs.

Papers concerning the Cecil Hadgraft Memorial Fund (1987-1988), the Warana Festival (1983-1991) and the South Pacific Association for Commonwealth Literature and Language Studies (1975-1990) and the Association for Commonwealth Literature and Language Studies (ACLALS); conference proceedings, correspondence, financial records, original contributions, conference proceedings relating to the South Pacific Association for Commonwealth Literature and Language Studies.
