Correspondence

This series is comprised of forty-seven (47) files of correspondence from asylum seekers held in detention on Nauru by the Australian Government.

Art Portfolios

Three black, spiral bound A2 folders with photographs of art works and exhibitons. Unlike the scrapbooks these folders have no associated documents and are comprised of colour photographs of the works of art by Leonard Brown. Two folders have handwritten labels at the bottom right-hand corner inscribed with 'Art archive' but have been treated as art portfolios.

Photographs

Photographic negatives, slides and prints relating to architectural jobs and competitions in which Robin Gibson was involved. The series also contains a framed portrait photograph of Robin Gibson. Richard Stringer is identified as the photographer of some of the photographs. In most cases the photographer is not identified.

27 colour photographs of 4 Crane Street, Newmarket, documenting the house before later renovations.

Photographic slides and negatives

Album 1 contains 540 slides and has two sections, each section preceeded by documents. Album 2 contains proof sheets, exhibition notes and negatives.

Educational and professional documents

This series is comprised of scholastic certificates, letters of recommendation, certificates for extra curricular activities, notes on poetry and from study at University, teaching notes, academic documents and three curriculum vitae.

Reviews and criticism

This series contains drafts of reviews, published and unpublished, of other authors works as well as documents for some of the literary and art awards where she was a judge.

Tinder [novel] (2002)

This series contains drafts, notes, newspaper cuttings, research material and correspondence. Tinder [novel], published by Scribner in 2002, had several working titles: 'The fire lovers', 'Fire in the hand', and 'Zippo : a cautionary tale'. Set in Katoomba and narrated by the central character, Graham, it follows his sexual awakening.
