Born 25 June 1949 in Brisbane, studied at Central Technical College Art School from 1963 to 1964, and lectured at Brisbane Institute of Art from 1978 to 1991. Exhibited mostly abstract works, and extensively studied and referenced Russian Orthodox icon painting.
