There are thirteen Annual reports, including the the first annual report from 1950 which records the formation of the club. There are documents, correspondence, and reports relating to the Mt Barney Hut that the Club constructed. Two diaries of outings and activies for 1994 and 1995 are present. There is a photograph album of activities of the club from the 1950s, comprising 147 black and white photographs, some yellowing with age, and 4 colour photographs. Most photographs have been pasted onto the pages, with captions.
