One USB flashdrive storing Word files documenting exhibitions held at private Queensland galleries. Files are titled: Minor Galleries, Johnstone Gallery, Ray Hughes Gallery, Doggett Street Studio, Town Gallery and Victor Mace Fine Arts Gallery. The flashdrive also contains documents on the exhibiting history of Kenneth MacQueen, a file titled 'Vital Decade Artists' about the exhibiting history of various Queensland artists, and two versions of a presentation, 'The Sunshine State in the Washup!' for the 40th Anniversary Symposium of the Australiana Society, Sydney 19 October 2019.

This series is comprised of records relating to performances including: administrative records, sheet music, schedules, and song lyrics.

This collections contains correspondence, manuscripts, typescripts, photographs, ephemera and other material written by or relating to Professor Gordon Greenwood. This includes material about his wife Thora Greenwood (nee Smeal), their family and extended family, friends and academic associates, research material for works by Gordon Greenwood and about Gordon Greenwood and Thora Greenwood. Helen Derrick, their daughter has used much of the material in this collection to produce family history documents; in some cases she has added her own notes to this material. Some of her works are also contained in the collection.

Proof sheets and digital copies of the glass plate negatives containing images mostly of Aboriginal Australian peoples, with many taken at Cherbourg Aboriginal Settlement.
