Biographical history

Marmaduke Charles Alexander Bell was born in London and was the only child of Marmaduke A. Bell (d. 1900) and Agnes Emily Sipper St. Leger (nee Burckhardt) (d. 1928). He was a music teacher. He never married. He died in Paris on 11 March 1942, and resided in London.
