Colin Basil Peter Bell, known as Peter Bell, was born on 22 May 1902 at Canning Downs, near Warwick, Queensland. He was the second child of Colin Basil Peter Bell and Sibyl Frances, nee Needham. He died on 17 August 1976 in Brisbane.
