Walker describes fundraising efforts organised by him for the various sporting clubs affiliated with the Council that he characterises as financially successful, in comparison to those run by Coolwell which he characterises as financially unsuccessful. Walker asserts that Coolwell's conduct will be addressed, and that the National Aboriginal Sports Foundation should provide the Council with a promised $500 grant. The letter is dated 6th October 1971.
