Client: Col and Virginia Taylor. Location was at Pelican Point, Terranora. Brief: Design, documentation and construction of a three bed, twp bath hillside sanctuary overlooking Pelican Point in Terranora Inlet; the architecture was to evoke a sculptural quality. The site was an old state cattle dip, the form of which partially inspired the architecture. It was the only house on the east side of the road up from Tweed Heads.
