A private secondary school was planned on donated land at Mudgeeraba, Gold Coast. Funding was not forthcoming and so the completed design and documentation of the project was abstained. The site was on a west sloping ridge and the site layout was influenced by Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, which in turn had been influenced by Monte Alban in Mexico. Despite funding at a later date, the Davis Heather Group were not involved in the project.
