Brief: Design documentation and construction of -- Golf course and clubhouse, village centre, hotel, tennis club, children's resort, equine centre, detached unit clusters and a wedding chapel. The site was 60 ha. of rolling hills, forest and flood plain. For economic reasons the project stalled and the site was sold. Comprises one roll of 38 drawings from 1989 and another roll of 21 drawings from 1990.
