Exercise book used as a ledger to record transactions for the rental property consisting of 3 flats, a cottage, and tennis court, associated expenses, money banked, names of the tennants, weekly rent. Some of these records can be attributed to her parents, mostly likely her father, Bill Mayo. Transactions are from 2 Dec 1940 to 21 Apr 1941.

Exercise book used as a ledger to record transactions for the rental property consisting of 3 flats, studio and a cottage, associated expenses, money banked, weekly rent. Transactions are from 5 Oct 1946 to 25 Aug 1952.

Ledger book (cover missing) with 1960 to 1963 on initial page and a list of names and address. From second page it records income received and expenses ('paid out') from property, profession and dividends from 25 Oct 1961 to 7 Jun 1963. At the back of book are 'Costs in connection with house at 74 Victoria Street' from 16 Aug 1960 to Sep 1961. Pasted in towards the end are dividends from April to Sep 1965.

Foolscap book (cover missing) with dates from 30 Jun 1976 to 20 Mar 1977. Includes diary style notes on financial activities, property work done and work to be done, dividends received in 1976 and 1977, cheques for sale of furniture.

Ledger book with July 71 on cover, recording income received and expenses with notes. Has newspaper cuttings inserted and or pinned to pages. Towards end of book has diet plan for arthritis; and notes.

Foolscap notebook printed with lesson evalution checklists. Lesson information has been handwritten in pencil for most of the volume. Dates a few pages are: 15 Aug 1923 and 21 May 1924.
