The minutes are recorded in a minute book, accompanied by separate loose duplicates of the minutes of some of the meetings. The subseries also includes three copies of the typed and signed minutes of the meeting at Sydney Airport on 23 February 1997 at which Pauline Hanson, David Ettridge and David Oldfield resolved to form a political party called Pauline Hanson's One Nation.
