'Mojave'

This file is comprised of: two spiral notebooks with handwritten notes (one has transcript notes from micro audio cassettes); 9 micro audio cassettes; 91 colour photographs; catalogues; postcards; brochures; correspondence; personal and professional items such as menus, programmes, circulars; 1st draft of short story called 'Territory', 22 leaves with handwritten emendations, 29 Dec 1995. Original folder (discarded) labelled 'Mojave'.

Monotone

Two typescript versions of the short story (unpublished) 'Monotone'. One has15 numbered leaves, undated, and cover page says it is be 'Gemma'. The second has 19 numbered leaves, no cover page, handwritten emendations in pencil, is undated, and on the back of the pages are peoples name and billing details. Based on when most of her short stories were published, they could have been written in the 1930s.

Moongalba: correspondence

This file includes correspondence (over two folders) regarding the establishment and running of Moongalba from: the Queensland Land Administration Commission; Parliament of Australia. The Senate; Queensland Department of Education; Redland Shire Council; Aboriginal Arts Board; various schools, some arranging visits to Moongalba; and supporters. There is also a folder of notes and correspondence titled 'Historical documents'. There is also correspondence, in the second folder on grants for tourism, incorporation of Moongalba, and letters from various Government Departments.

Moongalba photographs

Album 3 - Photographs 15.2 to 15.68 are a sequence taken at Moongalba Camp and other locations on North Stradbroke Island, circa Aug-Sep 1973. Captions for most of these photographs were added at a later date by family members. All are from 1973 unless otherwise indicated. Photographs 15.69 to 15.131 are mainly photographs of friends and relatives of Kath Walker, including many children.
