Department of Works in association with Lund Hutton Ryan Morton Pty. Ltd. Architects, Development Plan for the State Government Precinct, Brisbane, Queensland: Options for Development. Consultants' report, again under the name LHRM, January 1979.
Government Buildings in Brisbane City Area: Government Precinct Development. Report to the Committee appointed by Cabinet to consider Government office accommodation, June 1980. The report to this interdepartmental committee, co­authored by R. J. Howatson, R. Pavlyshyn and V. Doyle, takes into consideration R. Pavlyshyn's advanced options for "recycling" the verandas of the Bellevue Hotel and providing accommodation for the National Science Centre. The proposal was researched but later rejected.

Grand Hotel, Atherton

The Atherton Grand Hotel was first opened in 1933. This file contains 8 plans for the hotel located on the corner of Vernon and Main Streets in Atherton. One plan is dated 9 October 1932. In 1936 plans for additions to the Hotel were again designed by V.M. Brown. There are three plans for these additions, dated 1936 to 1939.
