Last page [32] is the Executive Recommendation on Aboriginal People from the ACTU Congress in 1963. Accompanying these is a letter on Queensland Council for the Advancement of Aborigines and Torres Islanders letterhead, signed by Kath Walker as Secretary, with a note: The material in the attached "Submission" is NOT for publication without the written permission of the above Council.
