Leaflet about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples being arrested for being drunk by police when they are not guilty of the charge; includes the numbers for people in court during he period Princess Margaret was in Darwin in 1972 (3, 10, 17 ,24, 31 October); and includes an abbreviated 10 point list of the wants of the Black Panther Party of Australia.

Manifesto no. 2

Released in conjunction with the Orientation Week (Feb.-March) on all Universities throughout Australia. Pages 1 and 2 are written by Denis Walker.

Pages 3 to 5 have been issued by the Moratorium for Black Rights and relates to eviction of Mr and Mrs Harold Brown from their home in Muli Muli Village, Aboriginal Reserve, Woodenbong on 21 February 1972. Unsure if these three pages are part of the Number 2 Manifesto (despite page numbering following on).

Platform and program : January 1972

Outlines the platform and program of the Black Panther Party Australia with 10 points. Includes calls for: freedom; full employment; decent housing; education; exemption of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples from military service; an end to police oppression and introduction of community policing; revised procedures for trials; a United Nations supervised plebiscite so that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples can determine their own destiny.

Two copies: Copy number one has had four words crossed out in section 8.
