Released in conjunction with the Orientation Week (Feb.-March) on all Universities throughout Australia. Pages 1 and 2 are written by Denis Walker.
Pages 3 to 5 have been issued by the Moratorium for Black Rights and relates to eviction of Mr and Mrs Harold Brown from their home in Muli Muli Village, Aboriginal Reserve, Woodenbong on 21 February 1972. Unsure if these three pages are part of the Number 2 Manifesto (despite page numbering following on).
