The environmentally sensitive school master plan (not common on the Gold Coast at the time) received a civic design and architectural awards for the sustainable qualities. Almost every tree on the site was preserved. Includes: schematic designs and working drawings for Stage 4 and Stage 5; 1982 to 1985.

Remmele, Lot 8 Little Nerang Road Mudgeeraba, a South Australian 'Black Friday' bushfire survivor. Brief: Design for a single person. To be constructed as fireproof as possible. Thiedeke's research indicated an all Hebel structure would suit the client's brief. Hebel is precast aerated concrete produced in panels and blocks.

The church plan incorporated a radial layout with a sloping floor for optimum visibility and engagement. Includes sketch, working and marketing drawings for site plans, elevations, roof plans, landscaping, and site work.
