This series contains supplementary documents to the jobs Graeme Thiedeke worked on. It follows the arrangement of the six large binders that originally housed the material and were numbered Book 1 to Book 6: Overseas projects; Australian projects (residential); Tanglewood; Australian projects; Single residences (Mexico and Australia) and Churches; Master planning and Public relations. It includes drawings, articles, presentation sets, architectural plans, photographs of architectural plans and photographs.

Records include correspondence, design briefs, specifications, copies of contracts, costings, concept sketches, architectural drawings, reports, submissions and some photographs. Major projects documented in this series include the successive stages of the Queensland Cultural Centre, the Queensland Conservatorium of Music at South Bank, restoration of and extensions to St Stephen's Cathedral, and the Australian Parliament House design competition. The series also contains files of newspaper and journal articles relating to Brisbane architecture and projects for which Robin Gibson and Partners was responsible.

Double parallel fold brochure, titled 'At last the dream comes true...', promoting the Dreamtime Cultural Centre, 'Australia's largest Aboriginal cultural centre'. Contains information on the Darumbal Tribe, the original custodians of the land on which the Cultural Centre is located, as well as the purpose, aims, opening hours and guided tour times of the Centre. Includes photographs of spaces inside the Centre and some of the artworks on display. The verso features a colour illustration of waterlilies and a colour photograph of a young unidentified man wearing a red lap lap and white body paint holding a boomerang. Brochure is undated.
