Government Buildings in Brisbane City Area: Government Precinct Development. Report to the Committee appointed by Cabinet to consider Government office accommodation, June 1980. The report to this interdepartmental committee, coauthored by R. J. Howatson, R. Pavlyshyn and V. Doyle, takes into consideration R. Pavlyshyn's advanced options for "recycling" the verandas of the Bellevue Hotel and providing accommodation for the National Science Centre. The proposal was researched but later rejected.
