Founded in 1946 the Labor Club's objectives were to support social democratic principles and policies of reform that were a feature of the Australian Labor Party and other labor style parties. The club changed its name to the ALP Club. Possibly written in the 1970s.

Transcript of an interview with Ken Wilder, former Chairman and Managing Director of the publishing company William Collins, on the occasion of his presentation of a painting by Ray Crooke (for the cover of Xavier Herbert's "Poor fellow my country") and various other related papers to the Fryer Library , University of Queensland, in memory of his son, Christopher, 25th October 2001.
