Photocopies of extracts from letters written by Cuthbert Edward Peek while on the Queensland and British 1882 Transit Expedition, 29 Oct to 18 Dec 1882, 3 copies. [Cuthbert Edward Peek was a self-funded amateur astronomer who joined the official observers from the Royal Geographical Society that travelled to Jimbour Station and chose Jimbour House as the transit station to observe the transit of Venus; Jimbour House had been recently vacated].

The first, likely from 1970, is a typescript and handwritten 'Curriculum vitae' dated from 13 Feb 1936 to 1969, including personal information like holidays as well as working and study activities. The second CV includes a list of publications, printmaking, lecturing positions, editorial positions, and services to the professional community. Accompanying it is a list of all activities and achievements for 2003. The third has the title 'Classes, talks, redings, interviews; reader jobs, editing', 1970-1975.

Two T-shirts: 'Crush Kerr's Coup' T-shirt. T-shirt made as part of the University of Queensland staff and student campaign against the dismissal of the Whitlam Government (perhaps by the Aunty Shadbolt Spirit of Liberty newspaper collective) in November 1975. Also, 'Hecate' T-shirt, made to celebrate the first issue of 'Hecate' in January 1975.
