Carey's labeling on the folders indicates that writing began on 3 Feb 1988. The 11th draft is dated 20 Nov 1990. Drafts have extensive handwritten emendations. Some of the 9th and 10th draft material includes extensive handwritten notes probably by Alison Summers.
