It begins by welcoming delegates to the 'Action Conference on Racism and Education' to be held at the Queensland University from 28 Jan to 2 Feb 1972. It outlines how the Black Panther Party, Brisbane Chapter, will work in a revolutionary way to achieve human rights for Aboriginal people and the alleviation of racism and racist government policy; attempts to change the present system from within organisations has not worked.
