Business card included.
The majority of newspaper cuttings in the album is from the column "Essays in brief" written by "P.F.R." published in the "Townsville daily bulletin" and in "The North Queensland register" during the 1930s. Handwritten inside front cover: "Joan Irene Rowland. The work of my father, 28.9.34". On front cover: The Rex postage stamp album. Some loose cuttings inside back cover.

NAIDOC - or National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Week - is a tribute to indigenous Australian culture and the contribution of indigenous Australians to the nation.
