Includes a recap of an ANTaR-hosted forum of discussions on native title issues between National Indigenous Working Group (NIWG) and representatives from Land Councils and local government and church groups; a recap of the Brisbane stolen generations apology ceremony, whereat Lord Mayor Jim Soorley handed the keys of the City of Brisbane to Elder Herb Bligh to symbolise that Indigenous people are welcome to the city; an article on the Multilateral Agreement on Investment (MAI) and its potential impact on native title justice in Australia; and an article on the Mirrar community's opposition to a new uranium mine on Jabiluka land.
