The interior holds information as to why the Australian Conservation Foundation are asking for members of the public to write to the Minister for Primary Industry, the Minister for the Environment, and the Prime Minister, and what they would like the letters to say.

Includes letters written by Harold Swain to Jules Tardent, and Jules and Myrle Tardent; typescript copies, made by Nancy Foote (daughter of Swain), of newspaper articles, correspondence, articles, and diary entries, by or relating to Swain are in this collection. Nancy Foote typed these from the originals in 1970 to 1971 and provided copies to 'Mr Tardent' (Jules Tardent). Jules Tardent and Swain worked in the forestry industry.
