The letter also makes an appeal for material support, and contains a coupon for members to submit to the Act Confrontation Movement with a monetary donation enclosed. The letter is signed by Denis Walker, and is undated but is assumed to be from 1971.

Press release analysing proposed changes to state legislation concerning Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Austrlaians, characterising them as ineffectual while government administrations still possess power and authorities over Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Councils. The letter is signed by Denis Walker, Financial Coordinator for the council, and is dated 18th May 1917.

Letter to Barrie Dexter refuting allegations about the Aboriginal and Islanders Tribal Council

A copy of a letter addressed to Barrie Dexter, Director for the Office of Aboriginal Affairs. This letter accompanies documents requested by Dexter to disprove allegations of misconduct and misappropriation within the Council. The author provides a summary of the Full Council Meeting in which eight members were expelled for 'traitorous' conduct, and emphasies that the allegations sent by them to Dexter are unsubstantiated. The author then requests to work with an officer from the Office of Aboriginal Affairs the ways in which the Tribal Council can continue providing services to the Brisbane community. The letter is dated 20th October 1971

Form letter informing members of their expulsion from the Aboriginal & Islanders Tribal Council

Copy of a form letter sent to Len Watson, Lilla Watson, Cynthia Watson, Sidney Coolwell, Maureen Bayles, Harold Bayles, Laurel Bayles and Janie Arnold, authorised by Denis Walker. The letter notifies the recipients that at a full council meeting on 17th October 1971, a motion was passed by Full Members, and that their actions had been deemed traitorous to the Aboriginal & Islanders Tribal Council and had therefore been expelled. The letter also cites two clauses from the Council's Constitution as reason for their expulsion, and was accompanied by a copy of the minutes for the Council meeting. The letter was dated 20th October 1971.

Minutes from an Aboriginal and Islanders Tribal Council meeting held on 17th October 1971 at Paston Don Brady’s Church Leichardt Street Spring Hill. The meeting addresses ongoing disputes between members of the Council. The authors of an anonymous petition sent to the Commonwealth Office of Aboriginal Affairs were identified as Len Watson, Cynthia Watson, Lilla Watson, Harold Bayles, Laurel Bayles, Maureen Bayles, Janie Arnold and Sidney Coolwell. Thiad admission lead to these individuals being labelled as traitors and formally expelled from the Tribal Council. The minutes are dated 18th October 1971.
