Job Description
6.4.6 Plan of the Precinct area showing proposed ultimate development, 1:200, 70 x 210 cm. The proposal was developed in August 1974 in Chicago with the participation of two partners of Lund, Hutton, Ryan and Morton (LHRM), previously Lund Hutton Newell Paulsen (LHNP), and a team from Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM) led by Walter Netsch. R. Pavlyshyn took part in discussions as the Department's nominee.
