The firm was established as Prangley and Crofts in 1947. Over the years various partners joined the business and the firm operated as Prangley, Crofts and Partners. In 1989 the firm was renamed TVS Partnership, formed by the three partners Laurie Truce, Maurice Verna and and Grahame Shelley. It now trades as TVS Architects.
