Biographical history

In 2004 Andrew Stafford completed a Master of Arts thesis on the history of Brisbane popular music from the 1970s to the 1990s. This was published as a book later the same year, which, in turn, inspired the Queensland Music Festival to organise a concert in 2007, featuring some of Brisbane's best-known bands and performers from the era covered by the book.
