Location sketch has the proposed store on the corner of Junction Road and Main Street (Main Street does not appear to be a street in Mossman any longer). Plan comprises: Location sketch, Plan, Foundation plan, and Mezzanine floor plan. Signed: "V.M. Brown. A.R.A.I.A. Architect. Atherton. 4/11/35". In bottom left hand corner signed: "Vincent W. Doyle. Builder. 18 Feb [?] 1936."
