History

Ian and Helen Pullar joined the Ipswich Little Theatre Society in 1967. An engineer, Ian oversaw the renovation of the Walter Burley Griffin Incinerator, the home of the Theatre since 1969. Helen initiated the Inter-House Drama Competition while a student at Ipswich Girls Grammar School. She returned to the School to teach Theatre and Drama in 1980. Both the School and the Theatre have performed dozens of Ian's plays and musicals.
