Annie Karrakayn was a Senior Law person of the Yanyuwa community in Borroloola, located in the south west Gulf of Carpentaria in the Northern Territory. She has been described as 'a grand Yanyuwa philosopher'. Karrakayn is attributed as the creator of, or contributor to, published books, articles, interviews, films, music and art.
