Drafts, manuscripts and publications: published and unpublished poetry and prose typescripts mostly written for children under the name J.R. Poulter; includes three copies of a typescript manuscript titled 'Write to celebrate', intended to be a book of writing advice, which contains an appendix of printout articles by Poulter and other authors (Tami Traylor, Pat Schmatz, Rollin Thomas, Maeve Binchy, Danielle Hamilton, Carmel Bird), published in WQ Magazine, the Society of Children's Book Writer's and Illustrators (SCBWI) Bulletin and Notebook Magazine, as well as printout illustrations by Terry Walsh, Ronald Chironna, Kathleen Cameron and Christian Bocquee used as writing prompts; includes one copy of a typescript manuscript of a children's short story called 'O'Mullins' with accompanying black and white printout illustrations by Jason Ferguson; includes what appears to be the proof copy, in full colour, of publication Moi, Elle and la Le: poodle triplets go glam!; includes two typescript manuscripts, both collections of children's poetry bound by plastic spiral binders, titled 'Your mother's worst nightmare and other dysfunctional realities' and 'Art-i-farts!', with accompanying black and white printout illustrations by Mattias Adolfsson.

Correspondence with Les Murray: postcards and letters, handwritten and typed, between Poulter and Les Murray from 2002 to 2013, in which Murray offers edits and advice for Poulter's drafted poems 'Death at sea'; 'More street people'; 'Changelings'; 'Limb, bough, branch, twig'; 'Night limbs'; and 'Late beach stroll'.

General correspondence: photocopied, typed and handwritten letters and cards sent to Poulter between 1995 and 2019; letters are from Lyn Hurry, Meredith Stephens and Pam McGann; also includes copies of illustrated cards and a handwritten note from illustrator Maria Bogade.

Personal papers: Poulter's literary and professional curriculum vitae, a photocopy of an article by Poulter published in Campus Review, Readers' Favorite Illustration Award 2018 certificate and a programme for the Lockyer Arts Festival 2012 for which Poulter was a guest.

Vibert McKirdy Brown Architectural Drawings

Vibert McKirdy Brown worked as an architect in North Queensland in the first half of the 20th century. He drew plans for churches, schools, presbyteries, residential houses, hotels, stores, the Atherton hospital and silos for the Atherton Tablelands Maize Board. Most of the buildings were constructed. Some have since been demolished. Two have been heritage listed: the 1930s extension to the Bolands Centre in Cairns and Exchange Hotel in Mossman.

VHS video cassette, colour footage with sound, 18 minutes, of a documentary titled 'MUA picket - Brisbane - April 1998'. Features footage from the Australian waterfront dispute involving the Maritime Union of Australia (MUA) and the Patrick Corporation at the Port of Brisbane in 1998. Scenes of people, presumably MUA members, singing and chanting, accompanied by music by Canto Coro and Jumping Fences, taken at Camp Solidarity on 27 April 1998, are interspliced with scenes of interviews conducted at Camp Unity on 21 April 1998. Interviewees include Jeff Langdon, one of the organisers for MUA's southern Queensland branch at the time, and Greg Spilsbury, credited as an environmental consultant. End credits list Spontaneous Productions as producer, Justo Diaz as director and Russell (Russ) Hermann as editor.

Correspondence, ephemera, newspaper cuttings, personal papers, photographs and other documents relating to the life and career of landscape architect Harry Oakman as collected by his friend and fellow landscape architect Malcolm Bunzli; papers relating to Malcolm's assistance with research projects on Harry Oakman, Karl Langer and the history of landscape architecture in Queensland; papers relating to the Harry Oakman Award; and lecture notes and papers created and collected by Malcolm during his studies in landscape architecture at Durham University, England, as well as during his career as the originator then coordinator and lecturer of the Graduate Diploma in Landscape Architecture course at the Queensland Institute of Technology (now known as the Queensland University of Technology or QUT).

Papers were originally stored in three plastic spiral bound folders and one two-ring binder.
