Documents, correspondence, notes and manuscripts relating to the prose writing, poems, plays, opera and music by Judith Rodriguez.

Correspondence (incoming and outgoing) related to various building works designed by James Birrell as University Architect for the University of Queensland, and by his firm James Birrell and Partners. All of the building works are for the University of Queensland in the 1960s. Correspondence was housed in large binders that have been decanted into folders This correspondence has been arranged by the job when known and can span several years. Personal and business correspondence is included in this series.

Ten typescript book reviews of non-fiction books, 3-4 pages each, for the Australian Broadcasting Commission’s (ABC’s) Books for comment programme, second half of 1969. Includes: two drafts with emendations; and eight final scripts with an ABC ‘With compliments’ slip attached.

Contains copies (some partial) of manuscripts (some with annotations) for Gerald Windsor ('All day long the noise of battle'), Hugh Mackay ('What makes us tick?'), Marion Halligan ('Shooting the fox' and 'Murder on the apricot coast'), Brisbane City Council (Brisbane : 150 stories, 1858-2009), and Brian Castro ('Shanghai dancing').
