CD ROM of 16 black and white photographs of a demonstration on 10 May 1985 against the awarding of an honorary doctorate of Laws to Queensland Premier Johannes Bjelke-Petersen.
Up to 5000 UQ students, UQ staff, trade unionists and other outraged citizens attended the protest outside Mayne Hall, St Lucia, where the award ceremony was to take place. Although the ceremony proceeded, the Premier did not attend.
