The first house at Rossett Street, Chemside was designed by Dan Kelvey. The second house at Hunt Street, Burpengary was designed by Noel Robinson Built Environments.

Papers and architectural drawings created by Roman Pavlyshyn in the course of his career. Includes student work, work created while employed by Karl Langer and the Queensland Works Department as well as work created in private practice. This includes a large number of projects for the Ukrainian community, including ecclesiastical and private commissions. The papers also include private papers, photographs (174 photographs, 26 negatives), a few publications and a work of art by Irene Amos.

The largest component of the collection consists of architectural drawings and associated job files created by Gibson's practice. Most of the items in the collection were created by Gibson and his partners and staff. Other creators are named when their identity is known.

Dr Evan Edwards Papers

One folder of correspondence and 23 architectural plans relating to the renovations and alterations to the house 'Bryntirion', Wickham Tce, Spring Hill. In 1965, Dr Evan Edwards engaged architects E P and A I Trewern to renovate sections the family home, 'Bryntirion', at 287 Wickham Terrace, Spring Hill. The original house was designed by James Furnival for Edward Barton Southerden and built in 1861 with subsequent extensions. In 1882 it was sold to Richard Edwards who gave the house its Welsh name. Edwards was a partner in the drapery firm Edwards & Chapman, and a director of Telegraph newspapers for thirty years. Edwards died in 1915 and the house remained in the family, occupied by his grandchildren and used as a doctor's surgery. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 17 December 1993.
