The poster collection is comprised of 341 posters (which includes 48 screen printed or hand coloured posters plus two copies of a 1993 calendar) which exhibit graphic design history and local / social history from 1984 to 1998.

The purpose of the forum is to suggest solutions to problems faced by Aboriginal Australians. The panelists include Denis Walker, J. Herlihy from the Legal Aid Committee, Sam Watson (Junior), Darcy Cummins and a representative from the Office of Aboriginal Affairs, Canberra. Chaired by Reverend J.R. Sweet. Exhibition Grounds, University of Queensland, Bowen Park (Brisbane), Rosemount Repatriation Hospital, Archerfield Aerodrome, Dalgety's Wharf, and H.M.A.S. Australia on the Brisbane River. Photographs of Archerfield Aerodrome show the Duke dispatching the first airmail of the Australia-Great Britain Service.
