Umpi Korumba (originally titled 'Round Brisbane') is a short film, produced for the Centenary of Federation with the assistance of QPIX. It is one in a series of 4 films entitled Time & Light : Four impressions of Brisbane.

Seven scrapbooks of newspaper cuttings on Brisbane architectural history, mostly from the Courier Mail, and some from The Australian. Compiled by University of Queensland Dept. of Architecture.

The Alcock collection consists of over 2000 glass slides. The series within the collection, called "Images of early Brisbane", includes images of buildings, landmarks and views of Brisbane, including the 1893 floods. Also images of University of Queensland in its early years.

Ernest Jones arrived in Brisbane with his family on the 'Eastern Empire' in 1866. He describes early Brisbane, cane growing in South-East Queensland, growing cotton and fruit at Buderim, and growing bananas, coffee and citrus. Accompanied by handwritten notes on the jottings by A.B. White (5 l.), 1973.

Relates to the Marquis family and their life in Zilmere in Brisbane, and other areas of the state 1891-1901.
