This collection has three series. Series 1 consists of two scrapbooks of records collected by Mrs Bennett when compiling the history of Robert Christison which include newspaper cuttings, pamphlets, and correspondence dealing with the founding of a School of Tropical Agriculture in the University of Queensland. Series 2 has letters received by Mrs Bennet from overseas institutions and friends regarding her donation and her book Christison of Lammermoor. Series 3 has 21 glass plate negatives created by Mary Christison, and accompanying notes compiled by Mrs Bennett.
