Schoolmistresses Certificate of the First Division, Third Degree of Merit
Certificate naming Elizabeth Watson and and signed by Lord President of the Council, Granville, awarding the Schoolmistresses Certificate of the First Division, Third Degree of Merit. The certificate has been annotated with subsequent five years inspection reports. Sealed and stamped on rear "This certificate is raised, pursuant to the Minute of 20th August 1853 Section XI, to the 1st Division of the 2nd Degree of Merit. 11 April 1861 By Order of the Committee of Council on Education [signed Ralph Lingen]".
