The brief: master plan, design and documents. The Parish moved from central Surfers Paradise to Broadbeach Waters to accommodate future expansion. The church plan incorporated a radial layout with a sloping floor for optimum visibility and engagement. Includes sketch, working and marketing drawings for site plans, elevations, roof plans, landscaping, and site work.

One drawing of the railway line from Murwillumba to Condong, (ink line drawing on pieces of paper, approx 42 x 29 cm, sticky taped together totalling 42 x 4600 cm). Client: Private consortium. Brief: Concept for a tourist destination sugar mill experience, with an emphasis on the history of steam power and an economic boost to the area; as well as education on the principles and creation of a sustainable future in a fluctuating sugar market. The mill site was to be expanded to include a small village with a focus on tourism, retail, working steam museum, river tours and refurbishment of the abandoned short rail line to Murwillumbah.
