Exercise book used as a ledger to record transactions for the rental property consisting of 3 flats, a cottage, and tennis court, associated expenses, money banked, names of the tennants, weekly rent. Some of these records can be attributed to her parents, mostly likely her father, Bill Mayo. Transactions are from 2 Dec 1940 to 21 Apr 1941.
