From 1964 - 1966 Pavlyshyn formed a partnership with Hugh Beck to work on the General Motors Holden complex in Acacia Ridge.

7.1 In the partnership "Beck and Pavlyshyn", 1964-1966. General Motors Holden Ltd., Acacia Ridge, Brisbane, Assembly Plant.
7.1.1 Assembly Building, working drawings other than details, 1/32":1'0, 63 printed sheets, A500/1 to A500/58 with cover sheet and index sheet. All sheets are 98 x 75 cm., except sheet No.5, which is 150 x 75 cm. This sheet and the next three sheets, SA, 5B, and 5C, to scale 1/16":1'0, are coloured elevations. At the time of R. Pavlyshyn's joining the planning team, the layout of the Assembly Building had been determined and the steel frame structure was built under a separate contract.

Parish Centre, Broadbeach Waters.

Twelve ink line drawings on tracing paper. From the Title Block: The Heather Thiedeke Group, architects and planners. Client: Catholic Parish of Surfers Paradise. The brief: master plan, design and documents. The Parish moved from central Surfers Paradise to Broadbeach Waters to accommodate future expansion. The church plan incorporated a radial layout with a sloping floor for optimum visibility and engagement. Includes sketch, working and marketing drawings for site plans, elevations, roof plans, landscaping, and site work.

[Items 1-4] Blueprints of working drawings (2 sets of 4 drawings), 42 x 67 cm. Drawn by J. Kershaw of Boomerang St. Windsor, for the Landsborough Shire Council.
[Items 5-8] One set of 4 blueprints are for contract drawings referred to in the articles of agreement: Sheet no. 1. Elevations, Scale 1/8" = 1 '. -- Sheet no. 2. Construction details, Scale 1/2" = 1'. -- Sheet no. 3. Details of deck and bridge and gangway, Scale 1/2" =1'. -- Sheet no. 4. Works and scales as shown. The second set of duplicate blueprints have been annotated and heavily used.
[Item 9] The final blueprint is a 'Contour Survey - Reserve for Life Saving Purposes - Caloundra' by A. J. Blakeway, Authorised Surveyor, dated 7 May 1948, 41 x 30 cm.
