Form letter dated 29 November 1977 by the Fund Raising Committee of the Civil Liberties Co-ordinating Committee, signed by David H Gizzins (?) to staff at the University of Queensland requesting donations. The funds were to finance the renting of permanent , off-campus headquarters; publications; legal representations; postal charges; telephone charges; and new speaking equipment (to replace that impounded by Police).
