Stephensen was compiled by Richard Fotheringham during the writing of his thesis, "A biographical study of Percy Reginald Stephensen" Material relating to Steele Rudd compiled by Richard Fotheringham during the writing of "In search of Steele Rudd: author of the classic Dad and Dave Stories".
